La Granson International is looking for entry-level Retail Salesperson & Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with matric who are eager to start a career in retail and enjoy working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Help customers find products and answer basic questions

• Process sales and handle transactions accurately

• Refill stock and keep shelves neat and organised

• Maintain a clean and presentable store

• Support the team in reaching sales targets

Required Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12

• Good communication skills

• Friendly and helpful attitude

• Willingness to learn

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Nice to Have

• Previous retail or customer service experience

• Basic cashier or sales knowledge
