What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance

• Help customers find products that meet their needs

• Support daily sales activities and work toward team sales goals

• Keep shelves stocked, organised, and visually appealing

• Handle basic cashier and point-of-sale tasks when needed

• Answer customer questions and resolve simple concerns efficiently

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and checking stock

• Maintain a clean, neat, and inviting store environment

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Matric / Grade 12

• Strong communication and people skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good teamwork and customer service skills

• Basic numeracy and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Nice to Have

• Previous retail or sales experience

• Confidence working with customers face to face
